So, first off the work outs are great. But after a couple of months started having sw issues. It appeared to be fixed but reoccurred. After numerous emails (pathetic way to communicate, I was instructed on how to reload the iFIt sw on my Nordic s22i. SOmewhat complicated procedure, made more complicated by somewhat criptic instructions. There are 2 apps that had to be reload, one would not reload. It has taken several weeks to try and get this resolved to no avail. I seriously do not recomment the iFit app because the tech support is pathetic and the sw does not appear to be mature. They should have a method to remotely access my unit and make corrections when needed. iFit needs a lot of help in their tech support and software configuration.
The garbage IFIT software basi3turned my beautiful NordiTrac treadmill into garbage. Close to half the time I want to use it IFIT gives me some kknd of error and prevents it from starting. I've already had to have them replace the console (which took weeks). If I knew this I would NEVER have considered buying this worthless product

iFit is amazing! I love the individual workouts that it has to choose from. Whether you are on a piece of equipment or using your phone/tablet to do floor workouts. Each workout is fit for you. I received a discounted product for my honest and unbiased opinion.
Terrible. Unresponsive staff. My Google maps scenic view doesn't work even though they promote it. I was told it is a known issues. Wish I knew before dropping thousands of dollars. How I'm getting an error message when I try to do a route. Just a terrible experience from day one
Ifit is so motivating! The challenges. The variety. The rewards The positivity. I could keep going. They have amazing customer service. Very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to continue my membership for years to come. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

My machine was working great and was motivated - seems like there was an app update - totally messed up my machine - can’t reload the iFit app ?!?
Can’t seem to find a fix
Now they want me to replace my console -almas much as my machine cost me .... seriously!?!
No help from anyone !?
Poor quality of available bicycle trips and in the period of 6+ months that I have been a member I saw ZERO new trips. I'm having too many issues with Google Maps images not showing up for trips that are available on their platform and trips that I created myself on their platform (thereby only selecting roads where Google Maps has recorded). When I submitted a support request on this (after seeing that quite a few people have logged this same issue on various sites), simply asked me to send a 'video of this issue'. They don't even bother to ask for the route where I encountered the issue. I expect support staff to be able to track the activities done by members and check out a few basic things themselves before simply asking to send a video of the issue. Today marks the day that I will end my subscription.
I bought a stationary bike and it comes with 6 months ifit coach membership from Costco. I signed up to use my 6 months free membership but it wont let me sign up eventhough I put my activation code. It keeps asking for my credit card number. I read all the reviews that ifit charged the membership without authorization from the member eventhough they try to cancel it. That's all scam!! I just throw away the card that's suppose to be free. It's not worth dealing with the ifit scammers.
Beware, if you create an account, you will be forced to obtain that account indefinitely for ifit "do(es) not delete accounts" regardless of wanting to have one or not. I took a screenshot of the conversation I had with one of the representatives but I can't post it here for some reason.
the conversation went like this:
Rep: "we don't delete accounts as they can cause more problems"
customer: "so you're saying I have no choice in the matter. Ifit forces people to hold accounts?
Rep: "yes as I said we don't delete accounts"
I found this to be completely unjust. Any person should have the choice and freedom to do what they want. What is so hard about deleting an account anyway? how does it "cause more problems"?
Im glad I didn't resume my membership with them and would not recommend anyone else surrendering their information over to them.
When I bought my Nordictrack incline trainer, I did not want the iFit software that came with it as I wasn't used to or requiring that service. But the incline trainer included a free year's trial, so I tried it. I didn't expect the experience to be so immersive, addictive, enjoyable and customisable. I have the small screen on my incline trainer, but it is adequate for iFit workouts. The quality of the videos is high. I can revisit and re-remember places I have been to or nearby areas. I walk on my incline trainer, but can adjust the run oriented videos down to walking speed. Highly recommended
I race Ironman & am constantly using different exercise equipment, training apps & software. This treadmill+iFit is the most frustratingly poor combination that I have experienced. I sincerely mean this & regret the purchase 100%.
Bought a NordicTrack Treadmill for about $600 on amazon. For some reason scum bag iFit thinks I need to watch a 100 lb woman running in order to use the treadmill I bought. Obviously you can youtube/google any workout possible and some trainer will have it our there for free. iFit truly are a pathetic company as they will smart lock your treadmill, elliptical, etc so you think you are forced to pay for them to work. Just google how to bypass the lock and the methods seem to work for most people so you can avoid their customer service which probably won't answer you regardless. Screw iFit and all associated with it.
The classes are great however my weekly stats never reset to zero either on my new nordictrack S22 or if I log on via my iPhone. Worse than that, the customer service is literally non-existent. I’ve waited on their chat service over 45 mins TWICE and still was unable to chat with them. My next move is to contact nordictrack to urge them to find another service to replace iFit. If they don’t I’ll rate them poor and start recommending ppl buy a Peloton or some other competing product.
